WDA offers classes in Ballet, Modern and Tap from 4+, Pre-School Ballet from 2½ and Adult classes in

Classes typically begin close to the ground, arriving, feeling and sensing into the body, connecting to the breath and exploring gentle release work. Learning to let go of unnecessary tension we help to unlock long-held postural and breathing patterns. Gently mobilising the joints and freeing the spine in a kind and supportive way to prepare for sitting, standing, walking and balancing.

EMS Pilates classes are purposely kept small in size with a maximum of 10 clients in each group allowing for personal client feedback. As a new client signing up we encourage completing a one-to-one induction with our Chartered Physiotherapist. This provides the Physiotherapist time to assess your entry level to the Pilates classes, introduce you to the principles of Pilates and discuss your aims of attending the Pilates group
